Legacy is an interesting notion; so often we do not see it being built, until progress has been made. Diversity Recruiting Partners in many ways is a labor of intentional legacy. For an immigrant woman growing into a business leader in the Human Capital industry and her first-generation daughter, the struggles and the triumphs of diversity in the workplace over the past 25 years are evident. DRP was founded in 2017 with the ideal that meaningful diversity is always aspirational, but can be incredibly challenging for companies to achieve and maintain.
